  • From its roots in the youth culture of 50’s America, Kustom Art has been creeping into our everyday lives, so much so that it has its own unique lable... Kustom Kulture, and the scene is spreading it’s influence world-wide into the 21st century

It’s the eye catching designs on anything from big rig trucks to a skate deck. Fantastic paintwork on the custom bike, trike or scooter... flames down the side of that hot rod, muscle car or VW. Its classic American cars and Airstreams which are art forms in their own right.

It’s the skill of the artists who work in many forms, from pinstriping to airbrushing, and tattoos.
The traditional sign writing and gilding skills (which due to Kustom Kulture are being resurrected). It’s the Pinup art from WW2. It’s the work of fine artists who create those iconic rock portraits, immortalise your ride in oils, customise guitars, decorate your skin and dress you up to get down.

It is vibrant colour and wacky design; it’s the timeless imagery of Marilyn Monroe, James Dean and Elvis. Its flames, cherries and the fluffy dice in your windscreen! It’s the Von Dutch ‘flying’ eyeball and Ratfink

With special guest low brow artist from the U S A Doug DoRr and Tiki Airbush supremo Dennis Mathewson from Hawaii together with the largest gathering of pinstripers from across the UK and Europe laying down lines on almost anything you care to bring.

So whether you are into turned-up jeans and juke boxes, leather jackets and rock ‘n roll music or interior design and décor, Tiki Culture, or want to buy anything from a paintbrush to burlesque clothing, learn a new skill or just wander around and be inspired by the hundreds of vehicles in the rolling art displays... Kustom Kulture Blastoff is the place to be!
