What is a panel Jam?
Panel Jams, for the uninitiated, are an artists mecca, a chance to meet other like minded individuals, stripers and letterheads of all levels, both national & international and sling paint all day to admiring crowds.
The only requirements are to bring your brushes… all materials & paints are provided and the only rule is – the completion of a spectacular painted panel by the end of each day which in some situations are auctioned for charity, or swapped with other panel jammers.
Stripegeist 2010 is no exception… the focal point of the Kustom Kulture Blastoff show will have places for about 30 stripers/letterheads each day and both day and weekend places are available. Plus you get to stripe with low brow artist Joey Finz from the USA
Want stripes?
Then rock on down to Kustom Kulture Blast Off and bring something with you from mobile phones to cars etc to be striped on the day. Choose your artist, negotiate a price and get your stripes on.
(A drive-in striping parlour will be available near the main rolling art arenas just in case the weather is not so good for open air striping – well it is England…)
With interest already, from UK, Italy and NZ this event should fill a huge gap in the UK lowbrow art scene.

How do I sign up for Stripegeist?
Fees are just £25 per day per place and free overnight camping is available on site. A huge range of hotel and guest house accommodation nearby, for those that prefer not to rough it. Bring yer stuff and earn while play.
