Transaction Fee per order: £1.50 The transaction fee covers the costs of processing orders, printing, packing and delivering the tickets to you. This fee also applies to tickets arranged for collection at the venue. The transaction fee applies per order not per ticket. If you purchase six tickets, you only pay one transaction fee.

The Midnight Special
By popular demand you can now stay all day and rock away the night time too. Valid from 9:30 am Saturday to 12 midnight when our helpful and friendly security staff will be encouraging you to leave the site.. Please note you will not be able to exchange your Epass for your wristband after 3pm. Re-entry is allowed duiring the whole period for existing wristband wearers.
Enjoy all the main show has to offer then depart the showground by 6pm when the main exhibition hall closes. (Upgrades to Midnight special, should you decide to stay later, will be available on the gate up to 6pm) Last entry 3pm.
The Panel Jam
Pinstripe’s Unite! Come join the fun. Mix with pinstripers of all levels bring a few items to sell on your table, be available for visitor commissions. Learn from more experienced stripers assist less experienced newbies and sling paint all weekend. Situated in the main exhibition hall. Pinstripe’s tent provided for vehicle commissions on the traders field. All material provided, just bring brushes. and sling paint all weekend.

Dogs Well-behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on fixed leads (not retractable) and under control at all times. All owners must clean up after their dogs, and place in receptacles available. Dogs are not allowed within the exhibition hall (assistance dogs excepted). Excessive Barking must be controlled
Terms & Conditions Any tickets issued are subject to the terms and conditions as listed below and read in conjunction with the ‘essential show information’ provided on our website and which will also be distributed with your tickets/passes.
1.Any person entering the Venue does so at his/her own risk. Neither the Venue or the event organiser can be held liable for any risk, danger/loss, including bodily harm, personal property damage/loss, or any other incident arising from attendance at the event whether occurring before, during or after the Event, with the exception of incidents arising from gross negligence and/or wilful misconduct.
2. Any ticket holder whose actions are inconsistent with or whose ticket have not been obtained in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, and show rules as stated in the Essential Show Information, will be refused entry or expelled with no right to refund.
3. Due to cancellation of the event credit values will be at the sole discretion of the organiser and under no circumstances will a cash refund be issued.
4. The purchaser of the ticket shall indemnify and hold the Venue/Organiser harmless from and against all liabilities suffered or incurred in connection with a breach of these Terms and Conditions
5. The purchase of the ticket and entry to the Venue shall be deemed as full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and rules and regulations referred to herein.
