Essential Show Information
E-passes/Wristbands – Advanced sales will be sent out via email with 7 working days of purchase. Any queries should be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org No entry will be given without an e-pass or wristband and are only valid for the day(s) booked, are non-refundable and may not be exchanged. Wristbands should be treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost and must be worn at all times. All e-passes must be printed off for presentation at check in. Any-one discovered without or in possession of the incorrect wristband will be asked to vacate the site.
STANDARD DAY TICKET HOLDERS ARE REQUIRED TO LEAVE THE SHOW AT 6PM – WRISTBANDS WILL BE MONITORED
Procedure – On arrival any-one already in possession of a wristband will be fast tracked through into the show. All camping e-pass holders will need to exchange their pass for wristbands at camp check in prior to pitching. Arrival times/Entry times are on your ticket information.
Children – U15s are free but must be accompanied by a full paying adult. Proof of age may be required for teenagers, so please have available. Children must be supervised at all times and will have access to all areas, but at parent’s discretion due to the adult themes of the show.
Disabled Visitors – We are wheel chair friendly and the parking and camping area is located close to disabled toilets. You will be allowed to camp with your vehicle. You need to be aware that some of the event area is on a grass surface, so wheelchair users may need some assistance.
Car Parking – There is a designated parking area which is free of charge. Motorbikes and Disabled parking have designated areas within the showground and will be directed accordingly on arrival.
Vehicle Movement – The speed limit around the site and carpark is 10mph. Please adhere to the one way system. There is no vehicle movement on the campsite after 10pm.
Vehicle Insurance – All vehicles on site must be road legal and insured. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any vehicle that does not meet this standard.
Seating Areas – There is a large marquee where seating for eating and drinking will be available during the day, the tables and chairs may be removed for the evening entertainment for H & S reasons. There is also seating available within the catering area.
Food & Drink – There will be a range of ‘vintage/retro style’ food and drink outlets.
NO GLASSWARE MAY BE BROUGHT INTO THE SHOW
ONLY ALCOHOL BOUGHT FROM THE BAR MAY BE CONSUMED INTO THE MARQUEE, but you may consume your own alcohol on the campsite or catering area.
Trading – Any unauthorised selling or trading is strictly forbidden and those responsible will be removed from the event.
First Aid & Security – A security/medical team will be in attendance throughout the weekend. There will be an on call number for the evening or alert a ‘purple jacket’ or security guard.

Fire Precautions – In case of fire please note the fire points, fire extinguishers are distributed throughout the showground, but should only be operated by trained personnel. In case of emergency please notify a ‘purple jacket’ and/or security.
Money – There are NO ATM’s on the site although many of our trader use mobile payment systems please ensure you have adequate cash resources. Nearest ATM : Co-op Petrol Stn & Conv Store 43 Riseholme Road, Lincoln LN1 3SN (approx 8 mins)
Camping Specific Information/Rules & Regulations
Pitching – Please checkin before pitching. There is no restriction to the size of tent, but please don’t bring huge tents for one or two people – be considerate with your camping arrangements. Please allow 3 metres between pitches – we reserve the right to move you. Caravans or motorhomes are allowed (at the owner’s discretion) Kustom Kulture Blastoff cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for getting caravans or motorhomes off site in the event of bad weather or under any other circumstances.
Facilities – There is no electric hook-up. Toilet, water and limited shower facilities will be available on site, together with an elsan point.
There are no refunds for leaving EARLY
Please note there is no Sunday night camping permitted onsite.
No parking on marked ‘roadways’, exits and all access points must be kept clear.
If you are reported for making a disturbance you will be asked to move pitches and in extreme cases be asked to leave the venue.
Can I camp with my friends? The only way to 100% guarantee that you will park/ camp with your friends is to turn up together. We try out best to retain spaces if you let us know when you pitch.
Generators may be operated between 9am and 10pm
Fireworks/chinese lanterns are not permitted.
Cooking & Fires on site – Cooking will be permitted on gas stoves and purpose built BBQs only, which must be raised off the ground and must not be left unattended. Please ensure that they are extinguished correctly and safely. Gas stoves and BBQs must be used sensibly and with the manufacturer’s instructions. Cooking on gas where installed in a campervan parked within the campsite is also permitted. Cooking by all other means including open fires, petrol stoves and any other kind of gas appliance is not allowed. Cooking in tents is not recommended due to your own health and safety. NO CAMP FIRES! You must be equipped with your own Fire Extinguisher.
Photography, Video and Audio Recording – Photography and video recording is allowed for personal social media. Any form of recording for commercial purposes requires the express permission of P & KG Events Ltd. Unauthorised commercial use of video, audio, photography or other recording will be subject to retrospective licensing fees. Your attendance at the event is on the understanding that pictures or video obtained by official press photographers and videographers may be used for promotion or future events and/or media publication or broadcast.
Programme of Events – We reserve the right to alter or amend the programme of events at any time. Al bands, exhibitors and attractions are booked in good faith and details are correct at the time of going to press.
Liability – P & KG Events Ltd will not accept any responsibility for damage to or loss of property, including vehicles, at the event. We will not accept liability for personal damages, loss or injuries sustained at the event. We reserve the right to alter, amend or cancel and part of the event and/or Terms and Conditions, without prior notice.
Crime Prevention Advice
We have a zero tolerance to drugs.
Kustom Kulture Blastoff are not be held responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles and personal possessions. Whilst we hope that none of our attendants would be low enough to damage and steal your possessions please be sensible only bring with you what you can afford to lose. Lock all valuable possessions – In a car glove box. Leave nothing on display to tempt sticky fingers. Do not leave valuable items in your car or tent.
Protect your mobile phone – On your mobile phone key in *#06# and your unique International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) number will be displayed. Make a note of this number so that if you lose your phone or if it is stolen you can contact your service provider to have the phone immobilised. Whilst on site keep it in a buttoned/zipped pocket.
Keep cash and possessions on you – But don’t keep all your money, bank cards and valuables together – spread them around in different pockets. If camping before going to sleep, place them in a plastic bag and hide it in your sleeping bag with you.
Crime reporting – If you are a victim of crime there will be Security Guards and Show staff on site to whom you can report the incident.
Anyone found disrespecting our visitors, our event and our simple rules will be asked to leave the event for the benefit and safety of others, so the show continues to be known for the right reasons!
